Let's face it, there's a creative revival, a cultural boom of sorts happening in Oakland. Right now. And Era Art Bar is the opitome of all my favorite things. From the decorative blend of deep earthy tones in the tufted leather seating, repurposed wood feature wall on the main floor bar or the brass fixtures from yesteryear, its the perfect blend of raw and refined. But what I lust over the most is the consistent showcase of local artistry on the walls and behind the bar. Era knows exactly what they're good at and they wear it well.
